You can return your goods within 10 (ten) days of placing your order. We will either exchange them or offer a refund.
The products must be undamaged in their original packaging and in good salable condition. The return is paid for by the buyer.

When product is delivered, check it carefully. Although we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by transportation companies, your satisfaction is our primary goal.
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will tell you how to return it.
To submit a complaint to the carrier, please report this within 24 hours after receiving the product to our email email@example.com, we usually offer you a replacement or a full refund.
