DELIVERY IN EUROPE

Free shipping. We provide free shipping in the case if you buy a total of Bioono products from 2500 euros. In the case if your total is less than 2500 euros, the shipping cost is 35 euros.

Please note that some European countries may have special delivery conditions and the cost of delivery may vary.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Shipping & Customs Policy

  • Free Shipping: We provide free international shipping for orders of Bioono Peptides totaling €2500 or more.

  • For orders below €2500, a flat shipping fee of €35 applies.

  • All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to the customer once the order is dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Each country has its own regulations and limits for tax-free import. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

Customs Delays

  • International delivery time is usually 7–21 business days, but please be aware that customs clearance may cause delays of up to 10–20 days. This process is outside our control.

  • We guarantee correct packaging and timely shipment, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the buyer’s country.

Important Notice

  • By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

  • Refunds are not possible while a package is still in transit or under customs inspection. Refunds will only be considered if the package is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier.

RETURN OF GOODS

The reasons for returning an order may be: wrong items in the order, or any defects present. We would like to remind you that products that your order will be accepted back only in full (no individual item from the order should be missing), as well as in full packaging with an intact (unused) appearance. If you received an order that does not correspond to the proper quality (wrong items in the order, defect presence), you need to send an e-mail to: [email protected] with the subject: Claim, and order No.

If you place an order and the order has already been sent to you, but not delivered, and for some personal reason you refuse to receive it, then you will have to cover the cost of shipping BOTH ways. If the delivery was outside the European Union, then you will have to cover the cost of return customs clearance, which is equal to 20% of the order value.
